Brian Mathews

Brian Mathews is a nationally recognized instructor, trainer, and course developer, as well as an active real estate appraiser specializing in the valuation of complex and high-dollar Residential Properties. In addition, he is one of less than 425 appraisers in the U.S. certified to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) by the Appraisal Foundation, an organization authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Qualifications. Brian Mathews also Co-founded a SaaS subscription service used by the appraisal, mortgage, and insurance industries as a source for Residential Replacement Cost Data. He is proficient across a wide range of real estate services and is a licensed real estate agent, but his passion is teaching and training real estate professionals in order to help others develop their real estate knowledge and skills.
